''Ich habe kürzlich angefangen, ein bisschen der originalen Serie aus dem UK zu schauen. Ich hatte, bevor ich zu dieser Serie kam, keine Ahnung von dieser Show, aber ich muss sagen dass ich es mag!''

''Nun ich sprach ursprünglich in Los Angeles vor, wo Martin Wood auf der Suche nach den Charakteren war. Ich arbeitet mit Martin einige Jahre zuvor bei der Serie Sanctuary und wir verstanden uns gut. Es fühlte sich an, als kannte ich ihn schon immer. Ich sprach ursprünglich für den Charakter Dylan Wei vor und kam dann nach Vancouver, wo ich einen Anruf zum Testen der Rolle bekam und dann wurde ich gefragt, ob ich auch Ange lesen könne. Als ich dann die Drehbuchauschnitte von Ange las wurde mir folgendes klar: Wow, dieser Charakter passt wirklich gut zu mir. Ich fühlte mich gut in dieser Rolle und wusste, dass ich sie bekommen musste. Die Produzenten müssen das auch so gesehen haben und baten mir die 1 1/2 Wochen später die Rolle an. (Das Warte war eine Qual!)''

''Ange ist der CFO (Kaufmännischer Geschäftsführer) von Cross Photonics. Sie und Evan sind seit langer Zeit enge Freunde, ist für alles zuständig, was mit seiner Firma zu tun hat und sorgt dafür, dass alles rund läuft. Ange ist diejenige mit den wichtigen Kontakten zu Militär und Regierung und ständig auf der Suche nach neuen Geldgebern. Ein wichtiger Teil ihres Jobs ist es auch Evan zu managen, sodass er pünktlich zu seinen Meetings kommt und neue Prototypen entwickelt.''

Geoff's Charakter Ken Leeds sagt das Wort "noted" ziemlich oft und ich finde das ziemlich komisch und habe bemerkt, dass ich es ebenfalls im echten Leben oft benutze. Meine Lieblingszitate sind alles was Geoff Gustafson am Ende einer Szene hinzufügt. Er ist ein guter Improvisator und einer der witzigsten Menschen die ich jemals getroffen habe, denn er sagt ständig irgendwelche Sachen. Es ist manchmal schwierig da ein ernstes Gesicht zu behalten oder laut zu lachen. Wir alle scheinen dieses Problem zu haben. Die Fans werden ihn lieben.''

+''Witzige Sachen passieren am Set die ganze Zeit. Jeder im Team hat einen erstaunlichen Sinn für Humor und falls jemand etwas dummes macht, wird derjenige damit auf den Arm genommen. Viele witzige Dinge passieren wenn Geoff Gustafson am Set ist. Neulich spazierten Niall und ich ein wenig und wir unterhielten uns über die Szene wo er mir die Tür öffnete, ich mich umdrehte und mich in einer wirklich "flirtigen" Weise bei ihm bedankte. Und nach einiger Zeit drehte ich mich um und bedankte mich für den Spaziergang und lief gegen eine Tür. Das war nicht wirklich sexy.''

Der Cast und die Crew sind alle optimistisch und positiv gestimmt und jeder ist überragend in seinem Job, sodass alles glatt läuft. Am Anfang einer Serie ist es manchmal schwer das passende Verhalten zu finden, aber dieses Set fühlt sich an, als würden wir schon einige Staffeln gemeinsam gedreht haben. Die Meisten der Crew haben bereits zuvor gemeinsam bei Stargate oder Sanctuary gearbeitet.''

When I read the Angesides I realized: wow, this character is pretty much me. Most funny things happen when Geoff Gustafson is onset. Niall and I were doing a walk and talk scene the other day where he opensthe door for me and I turn around and say "thank you" in a really flirty way, andduring a take while turned around to thank him I continued walking and ran intothe door. Most of the crew have worked together before on Stargate orSanctuary so everyone is very much on it!''
