Paul Cornell (*18 Juli 1967) ist ein Britischer Autor, hauptsächlich bekannt für seine Arbeiten im Bereich des TV-Dramas und diversen Doctor Who- Romanen, sowie des Doctor Who- Spinn Offs "Bernice Summerfield". Neben Doctor Who schrieb er bereits TV-Episoden für Primeval, Robin Hood, Casuality, Holby City und Coronation Street. Weitergehend erlangte er Bekanntheit durch diverse Comics zu verschiedenen Themen.
